The 2020 Blend:

32% Mourvedre

25% Malbec

25% Grenache

11% Cinsault

5% Cabernet Sauvignon

2% Petite Sirah

The grapes are sourced from across Texas with 58% from The Texas Hill Country and 42% from the Texas high Plains. 

Tasting Notes: candied cherry and vanilla mingle with clove to create the perfect Spring wine. The medium acidity and soft tannins create a bigger body than the previous vintages of this wine. Putting a slight chill on this wine would be the perfect picnic pairing. A true Spanish paella and this wine wine would be the perfect match.
