Winemaking notes: 2019 was an abundant year and we brought back Gypsum in our blends. This gentle red wine will appeal to anyone who enjoys lavender, strawberries, tobacco and tarragon. This wine is very pleasing with flavors of cocoa, cranberry, cherry jam and white pepper. The smooth and delicate tannins paired with a nice balanced acidity will enhance the experience of a carnitas taco plate.
