The 2020 April Vina Vita Shipment
As a Vina Vita member, you always have the option to customize your package. Your club-specific email sent March 30th outlines your 'winemakers choice' package. You have until April 11th to customize your selections by logging into your online account or sending us an email.

To Make Your Choice Selections
You can customize your wines by logging into your account or by email.
To access your club account:
Log-in with the username and password that was sent via email shortly after you joined.
Once logged in, click at the top of the home page where it says 'HELLO (NAME)'
This will give you access to your club account information, where you can update your address, username, password and credit card information, and shipping preferences.
To make wines selections, choose 'Club List' on the lefthand toolbar. Click on 'Club Edit'. *Please note that selecting new wines does not reset the winemakers choice to 0 bottles.*
Your selections can be changed at any time until April 11th, as listed in the current club release email.
Any changes to your package or shipping preferences will be subject to a $15 handling fee after the cutoff date of April 11th.
Unless your account is set to 'Pick Up', we will ship your packages on April 20th for arrival April 21st via UPS (typically a 24 hour delivery in Texas, other locations may be longer).
If you would like to select a different shipping date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to check or change your account shipping/pickup status, please login to your account, then:
Click "HELLO (your name)"
Click "Club List" (left side of the screen)
Click "Edit Club"
Scroll down to "Ship To" and from the drop down menu select either "Pickup At Winery" or your shipping option
Please note: Due to federal regulations, UPS requires an adult (21 years of age or older) to sign for the package upon delivery. UPS is typically a 24 hour delivery, but this is not a guarantee. If you feel that your package has been unduly delayed please contact us immediately.
Pick Up Your Package at The Winery
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be hosting our tradition pick up party event. If you are a pick up member or have opted to pick up this shipment, your wine will be available starting Thursday, April 16th. Stay tuned for email updates about the pick up process.
Please note: if your account is set to shipping, we will NOT have your shipment at the winery as we use an offsite fulfillment partner. Please update your account to "pick up" prior to April 11th so we can have your wine available at the estate!
