A wonderful blend of Merlot (30%), Petite Verdot (27%), Malbec (24%), Cebernet Sauvignon (17%) with a dash of Petite Sirah (2%) to complete the assemblage. This wine spent 25 months in French Oak barrels before being bottled in May 2023. Since then, we've bottled aged the wine for an additional 9 months before declaring it ready for release in February 2024.
Winemaker Notes: Round tones of Vanilla and chocolate cherry cordial, lots of baking spice and clove. Mossy earthy undertones ride below the structure which provide soft medium bodied tannins and ample acidity. A beautifully balanced wine.
