March 2022 Library Tasting Notes: Dark purple color. This incredible Dry Creek Valley wine blend of Petite Sirah and Malbec is a real gem! Shy in the nose it requires decanting for the aromas to open up. Blueberries, venison, and lead pencil are some of the characteristics. The jammed packed tannins explode in the mouth making this wine a perfect accompaniment to duck confit.
