This blend of 43% Malbec, 38% Petite Sirah and 19% Sangiovese offers an intensely aromatic bouquet of black cherry, ripe raspberry, dark chocolate and eucalyptus. The rich berries wake the palate and blend harmoniously with baking spices, mint, cocoa and texture that is both silky and mouth coating. Bright acidity and supple tannins make this wine enjoyable on its own or with a range of fine cuisines.

Food Pairing Notes
The moderate to high tannins are finely integrated and will work nicely with either fatty cuts of meat or lean and tender cuts. This will perfectly accent the lean texture and rich flavors of game meats like Venison or Antelope and will transition to a desert of dark chocolate ganache and fresh berries.
