While we import our herbs from Provence, you can make a great snack using the herbs de Provence… de Central Market. Salty, herbaceous and wonderful.
Ingredients
- 1 Package unbuttered popcorn
- 2 tbsps herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp Fine sea salt (or more to taste)
- 3 tbsps Olive Oil
- 4 tbsps Parmesan Cheese finely shredded
Directions
Cook popcorn according to package directions. Dump into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and shake to combine. Taste for salt and oil and adjust as desired. Serve hot.
Salt pairs perfectly with acidic wines like our Calcaria. The Fat is cut by the acidity as well.
