The 2021 vintage blend of Grenache (44%) and Cinsault (31%) from the Texas High Plains, mixed with some Carignan (12%), Mourvèdre (10%) and Roussanne (3%) from our Estate is delightful. A perfect representation of a traditional Provence style Rosé characterized by its pale salmon color, the nose in this vintage is attractive with watermelon, raspberry, strawberry and peach notes. Sipping it on a hot summer day is refreshing with the lingering acidity expresssing notes of hibiscus and violet in the palate, making this wine a perfect accompaniment to watermelon and goat cheese salad.
