This is the 4th vintage of the experimental block at Cobb Family Vineyard located on the Kuhlman Creek. The 13 varieties blended together offers bouquet of pine, cherry, plum and 5 spices. The medium high acidity combined with rose petals and violet flavors will pair perfectly with duck confit and cannellini beans.
