Produced using the most traditional methods of Provence, the Estate Carignan Rosé was gently hand harvested at low yields and immediately pressed in the Kuhlman Winemaking facility. The soft salmon hue is indicative of the rosé wines of Southern France and the bouquet boasts notes of grapefruit, bergamot, lemongrass and bell peppers. The rich and creamy mouthfeel are an unexpected surprise offering a balance of honeydew melon, pink peppercorn and watermelon. The high acidity refreshes the palate and leaves you craving more.
