About the Gypsum Name: The soft sulfate mineral, Gypsum, can be found in abundance in the terroir of the Mediterranean. In Texas, our viticulture is distinctly inspired by the grapes thriving in warm climate regions and the Gypsum blend is an homage to the Mediterranean gems producing approachable wines. Though it has a soft and approachable structure, this is a wine of lingering and thought provoking complexity.
