As our signature white blend, this wine offers a playful composition of three Mediterranean grapes; Trebbiano, Roussanne and Viognier. Aromas jump out of the glass offering complex layers of white flowers, peach and nuances of a pine forest. On the palate, gentle notes of ripe peach and grapefruit can be detected, while crisp acids and a long finish provide a perfectly balanced mouth-feel. This wine can be enjoyed on its own, but the layered complexity on the palate make it a great wine paired with flavorful cuisine.
