The San Antonio Chef Cooperatives is an organization that seeks to promote the health and prosperity of South Central Texas farms through their unique 'Farm to Table' events.
Three chefs from the San Antonio Chef Cooperatives will be competing with their creative cuisine to secure a donation for their favorite agricultural Charity. Each chef must incorporate (but is not limited to) each of the 4 ingredients listed below, patrons will judge the dishes based upon use of the ingredients, creativity and overall flavor. The winning Chef will receive a portion of the event proceeds for their chosen Charity!

Wine Grape Ricotta Cheese Pudding, Peach Bacon Praline, Sweet Corn Crumble & Cucumber Gel

Ticket Holders will receive a tapas sized portion from each of 3 chefs stations paired with a half glass of Kuhlman Cellars wine. Seating is first come first serve and will be both indoor and outdoor.
