This wine generously smells of Russian sage, red fruits and floral attributes such as violet. The savory herbs, cloves and fresh garden thyme marry nicely with a touch of quince paste giving the wine the flexibility to lend itself to a wide variety of food pairing from spaghetti to Beef Bourguignon.
